  1. Everyone in the TEI community should know I have absolutely no intentions of letting it die. Far too much has been accomplished and too much time invested. Unfortunately yes, temporary changes that will be updated in the future. Greater caution will be taken both with the official representation of the mod and also my personal behavior. Apologies to everyone involved.

  3. Okay, confirming for everyone still interested that work will continue on the mod by myself and a few other of the previous developers. A few things may have to be sacrificed but they will be addressed accordingly.

  5. What he means by this is that I was given an ultimatum were either I quit voluntarily or TheDog would have the entire mod shut down... I didn't want to have to give the other side of the story in this situation, I was going to let it go. But then Dog posted a whole essay about it when he told me he wouldn't. Just so we are all crystal clear, anything I did, I did for the sake and well-being of this mod. Even if I was rude to a few people. The v0.13 update may have not been planned, but it wasn't as buggy as people might tell you. It fixed a large amount of bugs, especially nearly gameplay breaking bugs such as the poor-quality of the Pelican flight model, Rocket launcher firing low, the armor values for uniforms and many more. It also added way more new content than there were bugs. I regret nothing.
  6. Both the Longsword and Scorpion were supposed to be hidden, but I guess not. Weird. Longsword will crash your game for some reason, and the Scorpion is just a static model.

There hasn't been an update for nearly a month and there were some very pressing gameplay related bugs that needed to be fixing which should be addressed from this update (notably the pelican flight model, Drop pods in MP and the rocket launcher). Everyone is well aware that this is an alpha and there will be bugs when new features are added. Nothing is stopping them from being fixed. The Falcon, Scorpion, Longsword and Frigate are all meant to be sneak peeks rather than fully implemented assets. Figured the community would be interested in seeing what we are working on rather than being ONI hush hush about it. Should we not do that anymore?
  9. I'm fully aware of how and why shell casing eject out the right. I'm telling you, that the BR55HB in Halo 3 ejects out the right in the games even though there is no possible way they can eject from that direction because it lacks an ejection port. Look at the pictures and look ingame for yourself. It was hard for me to believe at first. Like I said, if it annoys people I'll change it.   10. Uhhh.. okay. I'll remember that. Don't worry, this version isn't going anywhere. We can easily patch the major bugs people encounter. Look on the BR ingame (both in Arma and Halo 3), there is no ejection port on the right side anywhere. If people prefer the right side ejection even though it makes no sense, I'll add it back in.

  13. They will fire at a similar fire rate seen in that video. But there will also be a separate fire mode where you can fire slower.
  14. Currently experiencing a game-breaking bug that literally appeared out of no where.   15. No its with the Ammo counter attachment for the MA5 and scope attachment for the pistol. They are just scopes. Thats what smart link is

  17. What Smart scopes are you talking about? The MA5 already has one, and so does the Pistol. Other weapons will get them if needed. The IS on the pistol are already fixed, so yes. And chin straps are in. So is the frigate.

  21. What he means is if it will be fully compatible. You mean the crashing error with the older version of ASGD. Well see about getting it compatible, but no promises.
  22. Not quite. Halo Online is Russian, so they can steal the Halo copyright and MS can not do a single thing legally. They are only endorsing it because they have no choice. I would hardly call it canon. But it will be interesting to see what they come up with. Even if it is P2W Cyrillic trash.
