Own Arma X Arma 2 is missing from account, and download is 10 MB only.

Hello, i've got Arma X as gift long time ago, today i tryed to install Arma 2, but the game it's 10 MB only, i could play fine in the past days, but now i can't even download it, any idea what could be the problem ? I also deleted all the content on my Steam folder excepts Steamapps and Steam.exe Tryed to install Day-Z mod from Steam store and it download only 143mb. Checking the store page for Arma 2 say i have to rebuy it, any idea what could be ? Screenshot here http://puu.sh/268Dn -

Somehow doing a complete re-install worked, thanks:D !
