    support problem

So finally I have received an answer from support department on May 9th - THREE weeks after my e-mail was sent to them:banghead: I sent them the requested system data file on May 11th - still got no answer. Another two more weeks to go?

Ok, thanks. I'm sending the e-mail to support department once again right now, and just in case, PM it to you also.

    support problem

Brilliant. Looks like I have to send new e-mail and wait another week for an answer.... If telephone number "is not a reliable mean of support", then why is it listed on support page? How am I supposed to check whether support dpt. got my e-mail or not?

    support problem

That's correct - it was my previous e-mail to support department sent on March 14th. I asked a question concerning the bug in my russian localized ARMA 2 ver. 1.07. BTW - the support department answer didn't help - so I found the source of bug by myself, and realised, that it can't be fixed in russian version, so I decided to buy ARMA 2 english localized version online at Store.Bistudio.com. I purchased the game on 28 of March, and on 4th of April, after several days of game crashing and lagging, sent a new e-mail to store@bistudio.com. This very e-mail is still unanswered, and I can't reach the support department by phone.

    support problem

Something iffy is going on with Bohemia Interactive store support. I have send an e-mail concerning the problems with purchased game to store@bistudio.com six days ago and still got no answer. Moreover, I called them by phone, but nobody answered. Neither yesterday nor today. What is going on?
  6. Hello. I honestly browsed the forum, looking for the answer, but found nothing. Sorry, if my question is already answered. I tried to make some minor changes to the map - i.e. delete some buildings {of course I did it with the permission of the map creator}, so I used ConvertWRP tool to get .pew file, and then opened it in Visitor 3. I successfully deleted unnecessary buildings, saved the file, converted the .pew back to .wrp and loaded the map. The problem is that though the map loaded, all the buildings on it are "sunk" in the ground - i.e. the two-storied buildings is turned into one-storied - the ground floor is simply became the basement :j: Did I do something wrong in Visitor 3? Or did I missed something? Hoping for your help.
  7. Hello. I browsed the forum, but didn't find the answer, so I guess this is the right place to ask my question. When I create LAN game, everything works fine except the fact that when I play on Russian Forces side, I can't build any defense structures {for example AGS-30 or AT-13 Metis sites}. Even if I am commander, I can build the base structures, such as infantry barracks, but when I open the "defenses" menu, then select the structure to build and mark the place where it has to be placed, nothing happens. No error message or similar stuff. Just nothing. When I play on USA or Rebels side, I can build any defenses I want. What is wrong? My ARMA2 version is 1.07.71750, no MODs installed. Hoping for your help:j:

Ok, this is getting ridiculous :\

Seems like it's an interesting game, worth buying it.
