I keep getting this error config.bin/cfgweapons/g36_c_sd_eotech/burst/: cannot find base class 'burst' -

iv got it all installed and in the right place but it say warning acre is not connect to teamspeak and iv put the plugins in teamspeak and check them -

i cant seem to able to find the server any were pleas help -
once i install it on steam it still comes up with british armed forces option and also the play option but when i click play game it comes up with this error: arma 2:british armed forces faild to start (error code 51) and when i click install it comes up with this error: failed to start (missing executable) proof http://i46.tinypic.com/ao8diq.png http://tinypic.com/r/2v9fcd4/6 http://i46.tinypic.com/ao8diq.jpg can any one help pleas thanks.
