  1. I'm currently Working on a Mission for Arma2:CO called Air Superiority. Below is a Teaser Video: Basically, the mission is set on Isla Duala, you and your friends (Co-06 intended), are members of VFA-14 Tophatter's (Thanks to John Spartan's F/A-18 Mod for Arma 2, and JDog's Nimitz) Your goal is to eliminate Enemy Air Threats and Anti-Air Defenses. There is a Mission scripted variable for Number of Waves of Enemy Planes and the % of enemy Defenses necessary to destroy before the mission ends, the % is randomized every mission start. So far the required mods are limited to: JDog's USS Nimitz (Arma 2) John Spartan's F/A-18 for (Arma 2) Isla Duala and its dependencies. I have set my expected Finish date to Cyber Monday. Hopefully i can meet this goal. I will also be making more teaser videos approx. everyweek. This mission definitely has the most hand scripting i've ever done by myself. and has definitely taken a long time. I hope you guys like it. The Majority of mission scripting is Hand written by me. Also, my plan is for this to be the first in a series of missions in an operation (to be disclosed later) that act as a sort of dynamic campaign.

  4. I have the most recent download, sounds not fixed still, and in my opinion, the Recoil isn't quite to where it should be and also, in-game it fires way faster than in real life.

The convoy was transporting a friendly Resistance leader who was carrying highly sensitive information regarding enemy troop movement and location. Radio contact confirms that the Resistance leader is still alive and located in an abandoned building. A squad from the 75th Ranger Regiment must locate the surviving Resistance leader, and then escort this VIP safely to the extraction point. Escort Briefing Situation: Enemy forces have ambushed a small convoy. The convoy was transporting a friendly Resistance leader who was carrying highly sensitive information regarding enemy troop movement and location. Radio contact confirms that Resistance leader is still alive and located in *Location In Progress* Rules of Engagement: Use of force authorized against all positively identified enemy combatants. Be aware that there are other non-combatant personnel in the area. Minimize harm to local infrastructure. Mission: Locate the wounded Resistance leader at *Location*, then escort the Resistance leader safely to the extraction point. Bravo team will be inserted via convoy as close to the suspected ambush site as possible. The convoy will then move to a safe location and await delivery of the package. Enemy: Squad sized unit armed with assault rifles, light machine guns, and advanced marksmanship support. Friendly: One infantry squad of the 6/75 with advanced marksmanship support. Terrain: Desert city streets consisting of building interiors, narrow streets, tight alleys, open courtyards and limited surrounding terrain. Ambush Briefing: Situation: An enemy convoy has been ambushed in *Location*. Rules of Engagement: Use of force authorized against all positively identified enemy combatants. Be aware that there are other non-combatant personnel in the area. Minimize harm to local infrastructure. Mission: Eliminate the enemy threat before a rescue team can extract them out of the city. Enemy: Squad sized unit armed with assault rifles, light machine guns, and advanced marksmanship support. Friendly: 1 Highly Trained Taliban Squad with advanced marksmanship support. Terrain: Desert city streets consisting of building interiors, narrow streets, tight alleys, open courtyards and limited surrounding terrain.
  7. @brainbug if i new how to port objects/maps i definitely would, if there is anyone out there who would be interested in doing this and knows how please contact me. also, this mission, along with Insurgent Camp are now Available on the Armaholic website: Insurgent Camp MOUT McKenna I plan on making as many of the maps as i can. they will start as v1 releases with just the basics and a few extras to make it look good, after i have all the missions/maps i can do done. they will be packed into a v1 mission pack and i will start work on the next versions of them where i will start adding more features.

The Objective of the Mission is to Secure all 3 Points on the Map, Named: Alpha, Bravo, Charlie; or to eliminate the Opposing team.
