Multiple monitors issue (Not display spanning)

Searched around for this and could not find a solution. I Have a 4 monitor setup with 2 cards (ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series and AMD Radeon HD 6350) The game will not launch full-screen on my primary desktop (as set in catalyst). It instead launches on one of my extended desktop monitors. Never run into this before as all other games seem to launch to the primary. Any help would be appreciated.
