Nothing happend( still 3 options no combined operation(

Hello I have followed all steps to install the arma 2 combined operation. Then I added registry key to download it from steam. Steam started download, it downloaded Arma2 and Arma 2 operation arrowhead, then when you press on lets say arma 2 you see small window with 3 choises like 1)Launch arma 2 2)Launch in window 3)Reinstall anticheat etc Then you press on Arma 2: opertion arrowhead again small window appera and it MUST SAY like this (4 choises appear) 1)Launch Arma 2: operation arrowhead 2)Launch in window 3)Reinstall something anticheat 4)Launch arma 2: combined operation What happens in my case I dont see the 4 th choise (Launch arma 2: combined operation) there are only 3 of them. So help me pls what should I do.
