I also have installed the 1.3 patch and yes it crashes back to the desk top after clicking on the desk top icon. It worked fine before using ver 1.2 Win 7 64bit Intel i5 2500k 3.30GHz Asus P8P67-MPRO GTX560 8GB Ram
