Thank you for the information, unfortunately that doesn't appear to be the same problem I am having. It seems that the video driver is crashing but I'm not sure because I never receive an error message.

I've spent lots of time searching and found a few posts with the same problem I'm having but still have yet to seen a solution posted. Just recently, every time I try to play Arma or OA, I get a random, what appears to be minimizing to desktop, but I can still shoot and run around and hear sound. It's not really minimizing, its just displaying the desktop while in the game. The only way to get the game to display again, is to clear the memory with the flush command. This gets annoying because it can happen anywhere from every 5 minutes to 30 minutes in between, and It makes the game unplayable. GPU temp is not the issue, and I didn't use to have this problem. Running a Nvidia 9800gtx+ 1024mb card. I've tried an assortment of graphics drivers and settings to no avail. Any help?
