Yes unfortunately CTI and Tactical Battlefield are not as popular as Wasteland,KOTH and the life mods but i usually get a game on the EUTW servers that RushHour has mentioned.

That sure is some performance increase;) Arma needs this!

Any way to help improve performance should be looked into that's a given and as ned flanders has mentioned if the game is easier to run them maybe it will lead to more sales! Win win all round..

On Intel it is called 'speedstep', @ OP memory speeds and timings stay the same, they do not go up and down like your cpu frequency. So what you are seeing regarding you ram is normal.
