how do i do that (sorry I'm new)

When I look at the server list all of the servers have red circles next to them. I click on a server and it immediately kicks me without me even getting into the lobby. It says "battleye client initialized 1.170 you have been kicked from the game". I have tried to update battleye manually but it still won't work.Also I have e-mailed battleye and they say that it is nothing to do with battleye. If anyone can reply I would be greatful.
