is my computor compatible with arma 2?

I dont know much about hardware and software of computors and i was wondering if I can play arma 2 on a dell inspiron 14r windows 7 with the following specs -intel pentium dual core processor p6100 (2.0GHz, 3mb cache) -4gb memory -500gb hard drive -DVD+/-RW drive plays and creates DVDs -integrated wireless-n card -integrated intel HD graphics Thank you
