  1. Did you disable reporting in your server.cfg? Thats seems to be the issue. (I have no idea why tho, maybe it is sending corrupted segments, thus the segmentation failed error?)
  2. Yep, I get the Critical:Destroying running thread! error too, but sometimes it still works. Played a 4 h mission with 7 players yesterday and no crashes or lags. So this is definitly going into the right direction.
  3. I hosted a server with 2x1,5 Ghz and 5 gb ram and had no problems with lags. Even with a great amount of units (air, tanks, infantery) we had no problems. But I'm talking about linux which is more resource-efficient than windows. I dont know what the windows-system itself takes up from the resources.

    Linux Life Server Setup?

    The current build (1.62.xxxxx) for linux is broken and buggy. If you are doing a private server for your clan or friends the best bet is to try the 1.60.xxxxx versions. They are stable and seem to work. If you have a public server however, you have to wait until they bring out a fixed alpha-build, since steam auto-patched all gameclients to 1.62.
  5. Here are some core-crash dumps. http://stuffyserv.net/out/crash_cores/core.27935 http://stuffyserv.net/out/crash_cores/core.27944 http://stuffyserv.net/out/crash_cores/core.28000 I would post core-crash-dumps, but somehow my posts containing links just disappear.
  6. Ubuntu 10.04 here. Same problem as before, I'll post the backtrace: *** glibc detected *** /home/stuffy/arma2/arma2oa/server: corrupted double-linked list: 0x219312d0 *** ======= Backtrace: ========= /lib32/libc.so.6(+0x6be01)[0xb7ca6e01] /lib32/libc.so.6(+0x6d6e1)[0xb7ca86e1] /lib32/libc.so.6(cfree+0x6d)[0xb7cab76d] /home/stuffy/arma2/arma2oa/server[0x89be85e] Had the exact same error on a previous alpha.
