Thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately it is guaranteed that I have no DayZ files, since the only folder to contain any DayZ files is the @DayZ folder. I'm still itching to play, but unable to do so.. maybe Bohemia could refund me...

Unfortunately I'm unable to play single player OA after having installed DayZ. I have tried: 1.Launching only the arma2oa.exe. 2.Launching only the shortcut: Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\beta\arma2oa.exe" -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash Start In: "c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead" 3. Rename @DayZ folder 4. Delete @DayZ folder 5. Disabling DayZ expansion from inside the game. I believe a recent beta patch disabled the single player option - regardless of anything! This is tragic to me because I can't play OA or CO. In other news, my Arma 2 red harvest campaign is stalled because when the heli transport becomes available once more after use, the game hangs entirely - so I thought to try OA or CO, but no luck there. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have today's most recent beta patch installed: 96061.
