    ATOC issues with HD 6990

Hahaha sorry. Heres a screenie of what I'm using atm. Using the same CCC settings you recommended, everything else is application controlled/default. I will try posting a ticket to AMD/ATI when I get a chance because even with 8xAA its pretty noticeable, though these settings are a mile better than what I was using before. Have you noticed how ATOC also makes most of the furniture transparent as well? That almost feels like an exploit.

    ATOC issues with HD 6990

Thanks for the reply! I have done everything you suggested and it does look nicer, though still quite obvious. I'll keep it like this for now. Are there any plans to 'fix' whatever this is and if its just my card or anything? Heres a screenshot of how it looks now. (Its a pretty awful screenshot tbh but the issue is still fairly obvious in the top right corner)
  3. Good evening, I've been having an issue since I first started playing ARMA 2 several months ago. I have taken a screenshot to show exactly what it is (will post in a moment, the forum wont let me yet as I have no posts). When I enable ATOC at all, it adds this fuzzy spiderweb type effect to all of the grass/trees. I'm a bit of a graphics whore so it is highly annoying to me, having to choose between fuzzy spiderwebs or really jaggy foliage. Here are my system specs: Processor: Intel® Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz Memory: 16GB Kingston HyperX PC12800 1600MHZ DDR3 RAM Hard Drive: OCZ 120GB SATA III Ultra Fast Sandforce SSD ( System Drive ) & 2000GB SATA III Hard Drive ( Storage Drive ) Video Card: ATI Radeon 4GB HD 6990 PCI-E Monitor: Asus 23.6'' LED Widescreen Monitor Sound Card: 8 Chanel Onboard HD Audio Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.110622-1506) Motherboard: Asus P8P67 Pro This problem has persisted through every video card driver update and every arma beta patch. The screenshot is taken in DayZ but it happens in regular Arma2/OA also. I've tested all of the in-game video settings and it only occurs with ATOC enabled. I have been just playing with it disabled but every time I see friends screenshots it makes me wish my game looked as nice. Any ideas? ---------- Post added at 18:12 ---------- Previous post was at 18:11 ---------- A screenshot of the issue:
