Thanks a lot for your help Placebo... Installs with annoying webapp installed on my pc. Used an aftermarket cleaner, so I think it cleared my temp folder, but I'll double check. I downloaded it on the work PC today and it fired right up... Something with my computer. I'll be sure to post results/solution... Shame Amazon downloader takes hours... ---------- Post added at 01:17 ---------- Previous post was at 00:40 ---------- Tried removing any trace of BIS, including registry... reboot, still freezes in same spot. Clearing Temp folders and redownloading. again... I'll try safemode w/ network support overnight. Any other ideas? Cheers, loudbay

I purchased ARMA2OA a couple of days ago. I CAN NOT get it to install... I've read through all of the AMAZON threads, and no one seems to be having the same problem... I think maybe I'm overlooking something stupid on my computer. I must be... A step or two after entering my KEY from Amazon, on the 'choose file destination' screen (I've tried default location and the suggested location from AMAZON INSTALL GUIDE), I click NEXT, and the installer freezes... The PC still works, but I have to CTRL ALT DEL to close the installer. Firewall, AVAST - Off Tried 'run as administrator' Re-downloaded both files 4 times now... What else could I try? PC Specs: Intel Pentium Dual CPU [email protected] 3gb ram DirectX10 65gb free space Thanks a lot!!!
