Hi there, The graphics card installed is the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD with 1696 MB of graphics memory. Sorry, I am not computer literate and unsure if this is sufficient to run ARMA, even with smallest resolution and lowest settings.

I have the exact same problem which has occured from the offset. The frame rate is fine but the graphics glitch makes the game unplayable. I have played with the video settings without success. My system spec is: Toshiba Satelite L650 Intel Core i3 M350 @ 2.27 GHz 4 GB RAM, 3.8 GB usable Windows 7 64 bit Steam version of ARMA 2 I understand my spec is poor but games with similar demand levels play well with settings down low. Any assistance is appreciated.
