I'm really new to this forum and have no idea where else to post this. I cannot purchase Arma 2 CO, no matter what I try. I have a $25 visa gift card and can just barely buy the game while it's still on sale. (Steam Version), help? My purchase attempt is just declined!

Is the sale going to be ending soon? Will they contact me soon? I'm pretty worried.
