  1. Herp Derp ! It was my keyboard. I started encountering strange problems with the shift key on another game too, and now the key is dead. (and nope, I didn't spill anything in it !) Tried with another keyboard and it works fine, 2+ hours playing and no problem whatsoever. Sorry everyone for wasting your time :( Regards, Evan.
  2. Hum I was pretty sure it hadn't anything to do with tiredness, e.g. character was not heavily breathing or anything. I'm really doubtful about this, given that when this happens, I can still sprint (double-tap W), but can't run.
  3. Hey everyone, I've been searching for a solution on Google (alas "run" has two meanings... the predominant one appearing in the results is not the one i'm looking for) and on this forum without success, so i'm making a new post to ask for help. I can start the game and play just fine, but after a while, my character just refuses to run (I can still "sprint" tho, by double-tapping W), e.g. when pressing W, my character walks, but even when pressing Shift+W or "/ (NUM)" (my run/walk toggle key) then W, nothing changes, my character still walks instead of running. It keeps happening to me everytime, in "vanilla" Arma 2, Operation Arrowhead, and DayZ aswell, whether i'm injured or not (=> Can't be a leg injury). I made sure my run/walk toggle key and my temporary walk/run key are not conflicting with any other or with each other. I've been looking for an answer on the internet, but when searching for "run" problems, I just find people having problem with running the game, not running in the game. I know this problem may sound ridiculous, but I really can't figure it out on my own. Not sure if that would help, but here are my specs : CPU : Intel i5-2500k @ 3.3 GHz RAM : 16 Go DDR3 GPU : Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti OS : Windows 7 N 64 bits Game : Bought on Steam Any help would be greatly appreciated Regards, Evan.
