I purchased Arma 2 Combined Operations (steam version) and received all confirmation emails of it. In Confirmation of Purchase email, I received a download link but there was no serial key in it. When I open the link I get a message that there are no games purchased on my account. The money is gone, I sent two emails and no answer. I am sure that its just a small problem but I am getting annoyed. I hope that somebody will read this and hopefully give me advice as to what to do next. I read something about a "sprocket" after the purchase but no download showed up.
