OA in Steam says I have no DLC but I have BAF and PMC?

I was wondering if this was normal for it to say I don't with Steam. I have both PMC and BAF installed. I'm asking this because I have been having problems lately trying to run the game. I keep getting the Reinforcements has stopped working issue and I'm trying to figure out how to fix this. Thank you.
