Sadly I've been trying to enjoy this game, but keep getting random lockups - with no pattern. I can be zoomed in on an island beginning an attack, or manually shooting down enemy Mantas and the game just stops... pauses for maybe 10-15 seconds then drops to desktop with a 'sorry, this software has encountered a serious error'.. Sometimes it seems like it's Bistudios debugger, other times just the plain old Msoft one. Anyone else had similar problems?

Thanks - I tried that - same response, but after digging I did find the direct download for the client on the site - and that seems to be downloading at the moment. Fingers crossed! Thanks for the fast reply though.

Hi, Just purchased the game, hit the download button and got the Sprocket.exe. Ran it and it says 'connecting'. Sometimes says '0 of 1279', then goes thro Disconnecint and repeats a time or two before giving up. It's allowed on my Firewall, even tried it off - still no joy, anyone got any ideas?
