    Livestream of Alpha gameplay

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let anyone know that's interested, that I'll be LiveStreaming the Alpha tomorrow :) I'll be doing my best to check out everything and hopefully I can provide a nice overview of the game and get people out there and playing with me! Stream is currently: OFFLINE You can click this link: Arma 3: Alpha LiveStream (TheMike360) I'll be Streaming at 720p at about 30fps (I may try 1080p depending on how my computer handles streaming with A3) I've been testing and for this and it seems to have been very smooth from everyone I got opinions from, hopefully you guys enjoy! I'm not quite sure what time I'll be online for sure, but it will have to be after school, the earliest I'll be streaming will probably be 4:30pm (Eastern) Thanks everyone, and I hope to see you guys tomorrow! Computer Specs Processor: intel i7 860 2.8ghz GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 570 RAM: 16GB DDR3 OS: Windows 7
  2. I saw something about this on the 'no-discussion' it was about bullet impacts and such, but inside the post I didn't see anything on decals on bodies of wounded soldiers or anything. So, basically all I really wish to see, which is a small 'nit-picky' request is bullet wound decals on soldiers. Example: you shoot an enemy in the forehead, and there would be a bloody bullet hole decal where the bullet hit the target. So I guess it could be called 'Dynamic Bullet Wound Decals'? Max Payne 3 and Metro 2033 did a great job with this. Here's a picture from Max Payne 3 so you can get a good idea of what I mean: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18273999/Abstract/Dynamic%20Decals.jpg They don't necessarily have to be actually 3D models like depicted in the picture, they could simply be just like the blood stains around the holes, 2D decals. This would just give a nice feel of realism and immersion in my opinion :)

    Ragdolling players without killing them?

This is a fantastic idea! I was actually hoping for this since I've heard of the implementation of ragdoll physics, really hope BI can pull it off correctly to still look realistic :) Great suggestion though my friend. :)
  4. Definitely the new physics, such as ragdolls and the new improved physics for the vehicles (driving) and such. I've always been a physics fan boy.
