  1. ok so i bought the arma x anniversary edition on amazon and finally got my copy. i don't have a dvd-rom any longer, because seriously, who needs this crap any more, right? well... as it turns out, i can't just create an image of my just bought game and install it from the image, because securom. securom will prevent me from installing arma 2 operation arrowhead. why, i ask you? why is this necessary? why do you install this crap root kit shit program on my pc to prevent me from installing the game via a backup copy? what's your gain, other than pissing me off? i already bought the game to be able to play online, so why do this? do i really have to borrow a dvd-rom just to install that game... and in 5 years from now, when i still own that game, but no one will use a dvd-roms any more, i will still have to cripple myself or buy a damn external dvd-rom drive just to install that game? WTF... and as if this wasn't enough, i also have to install a program that scans all my memory and send the collected data to your servers? seriously? what's next? will you have me install a webcam and show you my ***** in order to install the game? retina scanner? what are you thinking? this is a damn game, i want to have fun and not having to do backwards somersaults and jump through burning hoops at your pleasure. do you realize that you are hassling your honest customers for no good reason? you probably won't care, because most of your fan base doesn't care and i'm clearly not one of them, so losing me as a future customer probably won't do anything to you. still i want you to know, that as a customer i'm not ok with how you are treating me.
