Arma 2 Texture stretching and black box issues, Please help

I am getting strange texture black outs and stretching effects making the game unplayable Below are my system specs and a example video, any suggestions would be welcome System Specs: Operating System- Windows 7 Professional Processor- Intel Core 2 duo @ 2.00 GHZ Video Card- ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500/5100 Series with 512 MB and Version 12.4 Catalyst Control Center RAM- 4 GB ---------- Post added at 02:05 ---------- Previous post was at 02:04 ---------- Here is a video I took of the problem itself
