  1. Alive and Zues have been compatible since Zeus's release (however that doesn't mean something didn't break today). Do you have a copy of your mission.sqm? - Fixed - Fixed - Fixed And have been pushed to the current (private)Dev build.

    Middle East Conflict mod

Shoot me a PM with your Skype and I will get you added to the public ALiVE group and I can give you a hand sometime on getting these to be ALiVE compatible.

    Middle East Conflict mod

Great to see an update Drongo! Have you made your config's compatible with ALiVE? I would love to be able to use it for demo missions and test cases. We have a Wiki page on Unit Config Standardization if you haven't seen it before *here* In any case, good work.
  4. Great to see an update. I was worried for a second with the recent stoppage of Jarhead that we would be left without a proper soundmod. However hope has been restored. Keep up the good work.
  5. Yes, your friends who also have the mod installed must also sign up for the ALiVE War-Room if that user wishes to have their stats tracked.
  6. The selection box is missing. When I attempt to click who independents are friendly with nothing happens. -> Attempted Verify Steam Cache -> No Resolve -> Removed Mods and ran clean version -> No Resolve -> Ran stock steam version -> No Resolve I have tried everything besides removing Arma 3 in its whole and starting from scratch. However I am a heavy scripter and mapper and this would result in a very unhappy hazey. Anyone seen this before?
  7. Cool, didn't know you had a tracker. The only other weird thing I saw was what I am guessing was reinforcements getting deployed via MoHawk. The MoHawk would come into town and simply just hover, I am not sure what they are supposed to be doing or if this is just on a random select and I fudged up somewhere when adding in the vanilla units.
  8. Hey Tank, So when using the Save Gear function. When you respawn you no longer spawn with any smokes. Same thing happens if you die and get revived. Seems like they get sucked into a black hole.
  9. Elipses are okay. you just can't make ovals. If you use an elipses you must use matching variables 100X100, 200X200, 125X125 ext...
  10. Sounds good. I made the changes in the script yet they are un-tested. Ill fire over this version to Zach tonight for validation.
  11. haha, I am very familiar with SQF and editing. I created the intel and cache system for the ALiVE insurgency map http://www.alivemod.com/missions and do a ton of custom missions for my unit. That being said I will give that a try and let you know how it goes. If you want I can PM you the version I have that I created that is Mod-Less if you want to save zach some time.
  12. In the debug, could you run count allUnits; Target is between 100-150 active AI.
  13. Look's like it never gets the waypoint for flying off-map to despawn, I loaded up MCC to view it's waypoints and it looks like it stops after the check for drop accuracy. Ill do a bit more checking.
  14. It works, I converted everything over to mod-less myself and it runs awesome. The only issue we had was converting the cargo drop script, the helicopter seems to loiter after the airdrop now. Good work on the update.
  15. I have tested the above and everything is working okay on my end. The above usage is correct when using disableAI. DisableAI will cause playable units not spawn in as AI when no player is present in the slot. I am a bit confused on what you're trying to achieve, have you started over from a blank mission.sqm with no scripts to test?
  16. Remember when setting up your server on the war-room. DO NOT ADD PORT NUMBER TO THE IP.
  17. Enjoy! The ALiVE Dev's put a ton of work into this version!
  18. Yes, a re-indexing has been done ( thanks ARJay! ) and is currently in closed testing. You should see better placements and possibly ( some maps ) new locations that were not indexed before. I have a list of the re-indexed maps however I need to wait and make sure I don't get slain for sharing that info :)
  19. Hence my very carefully worded post, I used a lot of vague in generals. There's always an exception.
  20. It's usually considered bad etiquette posting links to private builds, even if it is in the public eyes or coded with security features. Let the average Joe discover stuff like this on their own and by all means indulge internally. In general and not all cases things like this get put on the net by accident, and sometimes have a high chance of confusing people and could potentially give a false sense of direction on where the project could be heading. This just adds more time to development cycles because the developer now has to do damage control to avoid false bugs being reported from un-registered versions of software. Take it with a grain of salt, it’s just good general practice at being a good dude..
  21. We have found that this can happen when using uneven ellipses also known as ovals. We are unaware if this is a BIS problem or just the way they intended for this to work. Easy fix is just to avoid ovals and use rectangles or perfectly round ellipses.
  22. Glad I'm not the only one. I made an attempt at adding the CH-47F but the way it was scripted you really need to add a whole new set of IF statements for the Chinook. Would be nice to have it added. +1 Great assets logistics script though, we use it in almost all our missions.
