Found the solution!!!! in the .cfg were my refresh rate set to 75 changed to 60 and now it works thanks for your time anyway:)

Forget what i said cant live with it (LOL) cant see whole the chat infact cant the some of the landscape but it only happens on my real screen resolution A.K.A 1600x1200

Well my resolution is what it needs to be and so are my refresh settings. When i change my resolution in-game it is fine but that is pretty annoying that i cant the half the chat and such but whatever i'll live with it

Sorry for late reply cant take a picture because the lines where gone on the picture strangely enough but all i can say is that when i start up the game there are lines that are like this --------------- they are like invisible and they reflects the game a little so there are 2 cursors the lines are also moving back and fourth its the same in-game pretty anoying:mad:
