  1. Yeah, that wouldn't bother me so much. I'll give it a try later. Been reading threads since I made the post. A lot of tips but none make a difference for me (yet). It really sucks as I'm very much so enjoying the game.. it's a shame!
  2. It seems that no matter the settings in ARMA 2 -- be it in singleplayer or multiplayer -- my framerate is quite terrible. And it really doesn't matter which settings it's on: Very High = 25-30 | Medium = 30-40 | Low = 40-50. Heck, even when I'm getting a steady 45 frames per second it still appears as if I'm getting 20. Here are my specs, Windows 7 64-bit GTX 285 (301.24 beta drivers - though I don't think it's the drivers as I've played earlier before and it was still a horrible experience) i7 920 6GB RAM Is my computer just not good enough to run this game? edit: I also made sure to exit the game after changing key features such ass anti-aliasing. edit #2: I changed the 3D resolution to 67% and it's much more smooth (shows avg. 50FPS) - however, the graphics are very blurry and I feel as if I'm missing a lot. Though I guess this is all because it's putting much less stress on things such as AA?
  3. I just bought Operation Arrow off of Amazon and my speeds are beyond terrible. So I was wondering if I can download the ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead demo from the official site and then upgrade it with my Amazon cd-key. Thanks!
