how would you go about getting to arma2.cfg? my computer won't let me open the file itself.

okay, so I disabled the switchable graphics thing in BIOS, and set the computer up so it's only using the Radeon, but it's still running slowly. I'm almost positive the specs of my laptop should be able to run this game smoothly at at least normal settings, but it doesn't. This game is only playable for me at "very low", and even then runs relatively slowly with a level of input lag.

I've been having serious input lag while playing this game. I've seen similar threads having to do with people experiencing input lag, but they seem to have much lower specs then me: Intel i72630QM @ 2GHz (8cpus) 8 gigs of RAM Radeon HD 6770M (I've got this bullshit switchable graphics that doesnt let me simply disable the Mobile HD Intel graphics nonsense, so it might be using that still) Windows 7 64 bit Please help.
