November Company
Formed: September, 2013
November Company is currently looking for a few good people who are looking for a laid back, yet tactical ArmA 3 unit. We are based in North America, have a minimal rank structure, easy to follow guidelines, our own modpack, and are willing to go the extra mile for our members. Operations are carried out all the time by unit Officers and don't have any role restrictions i.e. if you want to be a pilot one mission, and then a rifle squad medic the next, that's perfectly fine. Missions range from TVT to co-op, and everything in between, as we like to keep our missions diverse. ArmA 3 is the main game we play, but members also play games such as APB, War Thunder, Payday, etc.
Guidelines
+16 age limit
Have respect for yourself, and other members
Must attend two unit events every month (unless leave of absence is acknowledged by an officer)
Be semi-active on Teamspeak
Be willing to take in-game events seriously
Have fun
Recruitment Process
Contact a November Company officer and tell them you would like to enter the recruitment process
Officer will give you a date and a time for a Teamspeak interview
Attend orientation, weapons familirization course, fireteam tactics course, and a land nav course
At this point, if no problems have arisen during the process, you will be a fresh November Company FNG.
Rank Structure
FNG
Entry level rank, members are on a trial basis and are still being considered for entry into the unit by both enlisted and officers.
Enlisted
Full membership rank, Enlisted are given benefits that come with being a November Company member.
Officer
Management rank, Officers are given responsibilities to ensure that all is well within the unit.
