Just wanted to follow up and say that going into the controller setup and resetting all axis to default fixed the sensitivity issues. CH gear here.

Yes, same here. 1.03 was fine, but in 1.04 the control inputs have no authority, then too much. Using CH gear in an i7 Windows 7 PC.
