    is it normal that grass is rendered only nearby the player, like in a 20 metres radius? Not sure, but I think that in the past it was rendered further away...

    I would say AI driving skills are as they have always been in A2, terrible. Didn't notice better or worse with 1.60. But sure as hell that with 1.60 often enemies look at you for a minute before shoot. This happens randomly.

    there are six camps always in the same positions, but only four are required to accomplish that task. Check google for a walkthrough of the mission. If you can't wipe one out and get the green mark on your map then move to another one.

    really? I use A2+OA+RFT 1.60 with latest beta, with a number of mods but AFAIK none of them replaces or modifies units, and I get multicam medics with empty coyote pack, ACU crewmen, and pilots have the coyote suit and ACU jacket. Will look deeper at other mods I have then...

    By playing further, I have two more suggestions: -the problem with the scoped M240 can be easily solved, without putting crates, by replacing it with a scoped M249 SAW for day-time missions, and with a TWS or non-optics M249 SAW for night-time missions. -AI Strykers tend to roll over friendlies at the beginning of many missions. If the order to mount is given immediately after the start, then it would be good to start the mission with infantry already aboard, this would spare some useful friendly lives..:D

    Mmm, then yeah, I guess it must be a problem with Humvee's replacement pack...I am using his latest version posted on 10-21-2011 and both crewmen and pilots still wear ACU.

    They are fully compatible, I have always been playing Harvest Red content merged with Operation Arrowehead as Combined Operations and never had issues. Try reinstalling again (obviously, OA must be installed in the same directory as ArmA II) and patch to the latest 1.60.

    These are probably the best US Multicam soldiers available for A2, excellent work! If also the crewmen and pilots were to be reskinned, then it would be perfect!

    You're welcome, I still have to finish it and I'm really enjoying it! I prefer this type of campaigns over covert\special operations.. Well, the tasks are not a big problem actually, since the mission can be accomplished and finished anyway...it's more an "aesthetic" problem! :D As for the AI messing itself up...well, the A2 engine still has its limits we have to deal with, I guess.

    Because the vanilla AI and the game engine has made huge steps onwards since the last version of this mod, it might not be fully compatible and working anymore...at least, less than it was with the version of those days..

    [Camp-SP] ArmA CO - Hammer of Thor

    I love this campaign for its huge and immersive battles, great work! The task-system sometimes messes itself up, for example you accomplish a task and get the message, but it's not marked as accomplished and remains in the task list. But this, luckily, doesn't prevent the mission to proceed and end successfully. The side effect of having such huge battles with so many units in the field sometimes makes the AI to go in loop and in total disarray. I have seen more than once my team leader to order to mount and immediately after disembark a Stryker, this repeated twice or three times before moving on, or the Stryker I am on board wandering picking up flowers in the T-Stani fields..:D The most pressing suggestion I have is that you might add a very limited gear selection at the beginning of the mission, because fighting with that damn scoped M240 at night is impossible, I always have to find a dead mate or a vehicle to get a Scar or whatever lets me aim with NVGs on.

    So are you planning to release a new version after v3 soon, or is 3 the latest? For those who might have my same problem of the "Download Now" button in the gamefront not working, you can easily get the campaign with a download manager such as Jdownloader (copy\paste the gamefront link in it).

    ATOC value can be seen in the Arma2 profile file. If you have Win7 look into user\documents\arma2.

    ATTACK DAMNIT ! - Long distance....

    Well I've tried Zeus and it behaves more or less as you say Maturin, only inconvenient is that my mates shoot like hell in cqb, even if they don't really see the enemy. Some kind of excessive suppressive fire I guess..XD anyway I will try a few combinations and see what fits my taste most, I think it's the only way out.

    Do I need to personally set values for each class of enemy in the userconfig file? Or it will automatically make them with different abilities as it is? Because I am experiencing again the problem of stupid Chedaki or Napa fighting better than Marines.
