i know this will seem like i am daft but what is the difference between combined operations and haveing arma 2 and arma 2 oa installed in the same folder is combined ops a bundle of arma 2 and arma 2 oa ? or is it a different game?

well i do not see that start parameters are : -nosplash -world=empty -exthreads=7

i have all bohemia games the thing is i play arma 2 (retail ) more than any other so will the commands ever be available for a2 like i asked.
