    That looks awesome! Thanks for the tips on the params! Sorry to be a nag — is there anywhere I can change the amount of AI that spawn? I mostly play offline with AI recruitment on. Then I get a small amount of Opfor spawning at each objective. Is there a way to dupe the mission into thinking there is maybe 2-3 players on the server so it spawns more AI Opfor? Sorry for the lack of technical terms! :)

    Could you explain to me how territorial works differently to the norm? I have tried a few games with this param on and I also notice the game is more fun! Just no idea why! :D

    Loved this. Are you using something to change your FOV or just the FOV of the models? I feel the weapons take up a lot more screen my end!

    Also waiting for Steam. Funny things about the town names/ ALICE and Warfare mode not making an appearance. I understand a lot don't have time/like warfare but I think it's always needed in expansions like this when previous versions e.g BAF/OA had their own? (ALICE also, love having the tension of civ life in missions.) I may hold off to see if a patch adds any of these things as a personal preference. But damn those units look good!

    I also play with AI and this would be a great feature to have — even if it's a parameter maybe? (to stop MP spamming AI bots from the skies!)

    Sounds pretty good I'll download and have a play later after work! Good job on the release! As mentioned above I also installed OFP2 just to play your missions — again shame the game wasn't up to the standards.

    I highly doubt it would work this way — but also I would love it. I'm buying the day one release of the Steam version for sure. Also that brings to mind ARMA III is that a Steam release?
  14. Look forward to the bug fix. Even without your own squad this mission is super fun. I've never got pinned down for so long before. I even had two snipers come looking inside a building for me — with no AI mods. First time thats ever happened. When the squad reinforcements work this will be awesome! Also is it only the players reinforcements that does not work, do the AI get reinforcements? If the AI's requests also are bugged I look doubly forward to the fix — it will be manic!
  15. Sorry yeah I mean I was ordering reinforcements to myself. I dropped a point down for them them to drop. I check in the queue for reinforcements after and it never seems to change. It's 7am in game time now and the first reinforcements on the list were supposed to drop at 620am. I think mine are in the list to be spawned just that they never get a chance maybe? Still having a real good game on this! I was pinned down on that roof for about an hour picking my moment to sprint as my APC supports rolled into town! Give me just enough time to heal and get some ammo. Back to it!
  16. Also not that had issue so far. Mostly being playing on Chern/Taki. One thing that I am having a issue with is getting a squad to drop/spawn. I'm using the support menu to first place the target I want my support to be dropped at. I'm then choosing say the infantry squad from the support menu. It takes the credits for this and then nothing happens? I look in the support queue and there is some items lined up for other squads but none for my own. I played for about an hour after this to see if it was a timed thing. (waiting for the the planes/choppers to do the rounds) Still got no squad? I requested things from the other menu — the armour support and I can see it starts to come directly to me and works great! Thanks for this mission it plays great and there is so much going on with good performance so far! Hiding on a roof in Taki at the mo with a clip in a AK while thre UAZs with gunners are circling. Would be a good time for that support! :)

    I also am looking forward to this. There is a DUST CTI on the forums released — but I always have perfomance issues with DUST. A normal (BIS) style CTI/warfare would be nice. As it stands at the moment though I think there isn't the assets for HQ buildings with IF. Maybe we will have to wait for AWAR to release these?
  18. Hmm it might be the upgrade path maybe? E.g. you have to have done so much to be able to fly. It's really easy to edit that out of the mission and the creator helped me as I was having a similar issue. (Also was playing offline so I kinda needed to be able to do most of the stuff. Since the AI like to do sweet FA!) In one of the text files in the PBO you change edit what solider classes can do what. You can delete everything inside of the " { } " for example pilots {} or something similar. Sorry for the vague description I'll get back later and edit this to be more inclusive.   19. Hate to be that guy — but is there any updates coming soon for this? Would love to honour the queen by sitting on ARMA most of the Bank holiday Tuesday! Looking forward to the next update! :)
  20. Just had a quick play looks great! Really nice base you have made also. The labels are really nice for quick reference around the base too. Is there AI recruitment in this version? (might have missed it) If not would it be possible in a future version as I never get a chance to play online but offline with AI would be amazing! Maybe a parameter? Missions seem good too. Nice variety!
  21. One thing that would be a little off topic is I just got hold of Ironfront. How easy would it be for missions like this to be converted onto that? Also Takistan would be great — but i'm sure that's already on the list! :)
  22. Thanks for this hogmason — I was wanting something like this the other day. Usually go to TFOR/CFOR for this type of mission. This looks like it could take that missions place soon enough!

  24. Ahh thats good to know thanks Zonekiller! The bugs are now problem I'm sure it will be near perfect on next release. I'll stick to blowing up bases at the the moment (which is obv more fun just wanted to test the pack up thing )
  25. Thanks for that Zonekiller might be a weekend project for me! Just had the best game of ARMA in a long time — possibly forever. Playing as Taki with US and Indy turned on with 2 crates each and 100 items. It got a little too laggy too the end of the game but for 2 hours it ran perfect hosted and playing on the same machine. So many individual moments that made the game that there is too many to mention. Also had a real laugh in a SU taking out as many M1's as bombs I could carry! :) EDIT: I just had another crack on the mission and there was two things I wanted to ask. 1) How do you go about capturing another teams crate again? ( I managed to get up to an enemy crate and then choose the option 'pack up now' but this just removed the base/items from the game, leaving no crate to move etc? Maybe I'm just missing something out from the process that Krem gave me the heads up on! ) 2) On the map I have bases with a small triangular icon and bases with a large bold reticle what are the difference between the two? ( curiosity ) Again though had an absolute blast on the mission trying as many things as I could and feel I could have the params set to my perfect conflict!
