Has anybody had an idea to port Aduke's helo pack over to Arma 3 (with his permission of course), since he seems to no longer be working on any mods?. Really enjoyed the fact of being able to sit on the sides of the Pavehawk with legs hanging over the edge :cool: If I could I would get right on it, but all of this mod stuff seems to go over my head whenever I try to understand it :/

Still Having Fast Rope Problems! I have been trying everything to get Fast Roping to work, I have visited the main ACE FAQs, tried to add scripting and waypoints and everything in between..Nothing works!! I always have a rope with me(36m) and I let an AI pilot fly,what am I doing wrong? I've searched the net, gone onto youtube, visited all the forums..BUT NOTHING HELPS Many thanks if you can help me sa80 (Ash)

Thanks for the assist guys, managed to get 1.57 installed. All it took was a complete reinstall

Hi All, I have recently downloaded ACE;ACEX and all the rest (from Six Updater). Everything installed correct,BUT, when I entered the game, it said i needed at least v 1.56... I went to Armaholic,downloaded Patch 1.59 (which then did not install due to 'file corruption').On the verges of desperation i downloaded Patch 1.57,and when wanting to install was greeted to " Arma 2 OA is not installed on your computer or installation is corrupted"...Damn... I have searched the net and tried all the 'fixes' but nothings seems to work, If you can help, Thanks! sa80 (Ash)

@stk2008, sorry but i can't seem to find the make of it I have decided though to upgrade to a CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 or maybe a X6 1100T [Not sure which one yet though] GPU: ATI Radeon 5770 RAM: Kingston Hyper-X 4 GB DDR3 Mobo: Asus M4A78LT-M LX

My PC Specs: Processor: 2.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium Dual E2180 [Overclocked to 2.30 gigahertz] 64 kilobyte primary memory cache 1024 kilobyte secondary memory cache 64-bit ready Multi-core (2 total) Not hyper-threaded GFX:NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS RAM:4096 MB Motherboard: Biostar Group P35D2-A7 Bus Clock: 200 megahertz BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 12/05/2007 I recently bought a copy of ArmA 2: OA and was excited to play until greeted by horrendous performance.The characeter runs as if in slow motion and panning is slow as well. I have tried putting all my settings to low or off and my resolution is 800x600 which is ridiculous. I am able to play Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and even the latest Microsoft Flight Simulator(FSX) with no problems[ I'm sure it has higher spec requirements] Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated as I am looking forward to joining the ArmA 2 community.
