Okay i can see that, model is a highpoly version you need to tak of all the fine details they won't matter as long as you have some good textures if that isn't an option reduce the amount of lines and points you can do that with various tools i use pro optimizer in 3ds max

the fact that you imported it to o2 from 3ds max dosn't matter. If it is a highpoly model it never was made for game use at least not for arma did you make it? also it would help to see a picture of the model at least in wireframe or something to determin what you need to do to make it work

can you maybe show your model so we can see how many vertices it has? or tell us how many it has. The limit is afaik 27.000 verts in one lod before the model dosn't show in bulldozer if it dosn't show up in bulldozer it won't show up in the game

Dude that is sick! Love that boat and the look of it :S Will you be adding static version aswell? could be cool to do pirat hunting aswell with this, like putting smaller boats into the water and sending over a seal team or whatever to investigate :D So many cool things you can do with this addon! <3 (NoHomo)

Hey looking good, regarding what i would like to see: Some new gear and maybe a PCU shirt, that would be real nice to see and some michs with multicam cover and that pouch on the back of it that holds counter weight when the unit have nvg's and of course the velcro pieces on the sides and on top. and those goggles where the strap has been cut and they are attatched to the helmet via the velcro on the sides. And last some accessories on the helmet like the petzle (Or whatever it is) light, a MS2000 strobe, PVS 15, dail strap for the mich. I know that sounds like, a few of these would also be fine for me though :)

Nice work man! Scale modelers is a very good source as they pay attention to every little detail. I wish i had the energy to work like that :(
