    Hi, are you starting the game with mods? if so, try without.

    Watch also for a dsound.dll in your arma2 folder, rename (for example dsound.dll_bak) and try again.

    if that solved your problem, ACRE and JayArmA2Lib won't work until they update their mod for 1.62 (don't know if they did already - my connection is really bad at the moment).

    if this didn't solve your problem, you might rename your /documents/ArmA2/ folder for example to ArmA2_bak - perhaps your configuration was corrupted. I don't know if a reinstall would recreate the Profiles so this might be a try worth.

    I have been working on a forest fire mission, but they seem to have changed the way particles work in ToH so 'me no make fire!'. Unfortunately Skyrim has sucked a lot of my time since it came out so I haven't had chance to work on it since. It will come though.

    Yep I have tried particles in TOH from Arma2 Epic fail.

    I hope the problems with mission making will be improved.

    1. What works in the editor preview may not work in MP on your own machine.

    And more important:

    2. What works in MP on your own machine Fails on a didicated server.

    This last problem (2.) drives mission makers to mental problems.
