    Night Vision in Helicopters

125974/1024 = 123kb, so yeah it is, but IDK how strict the rules are on that.

    Screen tearing?

V-sync's entire purpose is pretty much to stop screen tearing, and make sure your GPU isn't working harder than it needs to of course. I mean if you're on a 60Hz monitor you only need 60fps, there's no point in having any more cause you can't even see them, and also the image will start to tear.

    Operation Arrowhead £9.99 Delivered

Awesome, thanks for the heads up!
  4. Hi there, new to the forums but I was a long time Forum member over at the Codemasters Forums during the development of Dragon Rising (I know, boo hiss), and after getting burned on that game and now having a decent gaming PC, I thought it was about time I got Arma II. Thing is, I can't decide whether to get Arma II or Operation Arrowhead. Any advice for someone new to Arma II? Do both games still get a reasonable amount of traffic on multiplayer? Any one better for single player missions/bugs? And which one do you guys prefer? Thanks a lot, and sorry if this has all been brought up before but I couldn't find it, although I probably didn't optimally use the search tool. Meh. :)

Should I Start With Arma II, or OA?

Thanks for your response, and for digging up CO on Amazon, but I just wish they did that version in Europe. Well, I mean I guess I could buy it off Amazon.com and pay in dollars and download butttt... Mah we shall see.

Should I Start With Arma II, or OA?

I would love to get CO, but unfortunately I think you can only buy it in America or on Steam, and really I'd like a disc copy :( I'm thinking I might start with OA and try and find a copy of the original somewhere once I've spent some time with it, I mean it should only be about £6-8 for the original now. Thanks :)
