Thanks. I tried adding a 10 to it and the Hummer or Advenger keeps coming to a stop on each way point. I expect them to slow down. Never stop unless I tell it too. and I am using A2 Arrowhead version 1.56.76134 -

1) I setup a radio alpha to takeoff after it drops me off. and that seems to work. I created a new trigger to setup another Radio Alpha to pick me up and that's the part I can't get to work. It doesn't seem to get displayed in the Radio when I choose M for my map. 2) I setup a way point for the player to follow. and just before the chopper lands at the way point, The way point vanishes for the player. 3) Voices, don't seem to work. I setup a trigger and connect it to a way point. and that should trigger the voice. any one have some ideas. on both of these. I know I'm using the demo guys and I know you don't support it. well I will be getting the full version in about a week. This is just to get me started. Iceman11a -

2) I have the player AI in a chopper when the game starts. I all so have a way point connected to the player. when he's in the chopper. When the chopper gets close to the landing area.. and the player gets close to the 1st way point. The way point vanish. They are gone. 3) ?, that makes no since. Have you played the stick mission yet. Well when you play the stock missions. You will here the player or team mates talking to each other. 4) That sucks. How do you keep tract of the way points then, LOL. 5). Ok, well is there a way to fix that. It sucks that it takes the hummer so long to get to the end of the way point, and that's where it needs to be. 6) Ok, I'll have to wait until I get the full version then. and I'll see. 7) Ok, can you tell me where I can get some mission samples at. 8) Ok, do you know where I can get good samples for scripting at. I look at the code and well it won't be all that easy for me. -

I have some questions to add to this. 4) Is there a way to change the color of way points. They all seem to be the same color and I'm getting them mixed up and can't tell one from the other. 5) I setup a hummer with a team and I tried to get it to follow a way point. Well what causes the hummer to pause at every way point. It seems to start and stop a lot and the helicopters don't do that. 6) Way points. Is there a limit on how long the way points can be for each unit. I can't seem to make way points longer then 11 points. 7) How do I assign way points to a AI bots after landing. The other way I had it setup was before and the way point vanish. 8) How do I get AI bots on 2nd floors or on Roof tops. Hey guys does any one have tutorials on this crap. Thanks Iceman11a -

1) Ok Thanks I'll try that 2) I setup a AI for the player. and I attached the player to a way point. when he's in the chopper. Just before the chopper lands. the way point vanishes. So the player doesn't know where to go. 3) Well in the Demo. Under advance, where you can setup music and crap like that. There's one that says voices. Where I can get the player and teams to speak. There is a list in there. I just haven't been able to get any of the voices to work. Like when I click the button to duskoff from the radio the chopper says Taking off or what ever is available. -
Since I been playing a round with the demo. and the mission editor. It's harder then I thought. Since I can't find any doc's for the demo version. Any way I was looking for good videos that can teach me step by step what to do. What I have is a sample sample. Just trying to get use to making maps and editing every thing. What I have is a trigger that when a enemy tank gets gets destroyed a chopper comes in and drops a AI off. Well the idea was for me to destroy the tank. and I couldn't figure out how to do that. Then I thought if a AI saw the tank it would destroy it. That didn't work. So I have an AI that follows a WP to the end. and on the road below is a tank. I need the AI to destroy the tank. I chopper comes in when the tank is destroyed and that fires a trigger. Can some one help. I video would be great NOTE: I have plans for upgrading my web site for a tutorial section on map making. If any one is interested in making them, Please let me know. Ice

Sorry I didn't get an email of your reply. See I change my ID to a AA Special and when I press my right mouse button. To zoom in on the target. Well I couldn't look threw the site to to the target. You know how when you press the right mouse button to look threw the scope and point at your target. Well when I tried the same thing using the stringer. I couldn't aim it at the target. I need to take a screen shot of that so I can show every one. -

I couldn't find any doc's related to showing me how to use the controls in the demo version. and can some one tell me how to fix the lag on this. By the time I react to an enemy I'm dead. I can't even put the site of my gun on a target with it jumping a round.

Oh, ok Sorry, That's some thing I forgot to add.. Windows Vista Prem 2.4 gig CPU and 3 gigs of RAM. 250 gig HDD and more then 1/2 still free. ATI readon HD 2400 Video card with 256megs of ram. I have the video options set as low as I can get. it's better and still not good at all. I still have a hard time playing it. and I can't seem to stay on a target. The reaction time of the player is too slow.
