Ok, I think I have found an annoying fix. Go to Documents and find your ARMA 2 other profiles Folder. Go into this folder. Make a copy of the profile you use and paste it some where safe like your desktop. Then delete the folder of the profile you use. Go ahead and open your game. It should start and you just make a new profile. Let me know if this worked for you.

I have the exact same error and I'm unable to even play combined ops...
