  1. The correct url of your repository is ftp://142.0.41.156 so that the autoconfig url is ftp://142.0.41.156/.a3s/autoconfig In the Repositories panel, Edit the Takistanlife RPG [QS] entry and set the correct url. Otherwise Create a new folder "takilife" into the ftp and move the repository content into it.

LEA - Loadout Editor for ArmA 3

Added to the repository, thanks mate :) Now for future update try to keep with the same addon name otherwise LEA Updater won't see anything.

Be aware that all the RCO, ACOG variants from Massi addon are pre-equipped optic weapons when spawned in game, the paa file that come with does not show that.

1.Into the Install Addons panel select NATO SF and Russian Spetsnaz (previousely downloaded from repository). 2. Select Edit button from the right hand side 3. Now you add the new items. (you need to strip the bpo and config bin files and grab data from it) 4. Once finished press ok to close the current panel then select Export button from the left hand side. 5. Here you are with the *.lea.addon.file

Thanks, but the link seems dead :/
  7. ftp://142.0.41.156/Users/Administrator/Desktop/@%5BQS%5D is passworded i.e there is no Public access.
  8. In your case you have to manage the repository on your PC then upload the files at every updates. To do so: 1. Create a directory in your hard drive that will store the addons files, let say c:\repository 2. Add the addons files into c:\repository 3. Run ArmA3Sync -> repositories -> New -> Provide info, especially the remote repository url for your FTP server let say ftp://44.66.44.6/repository 4. Select the new entry into the list -> Connect to repository 5. Select Repository button from the right hand side 6. Select c:\repository into Repositorty main folder location 7. Select build. The buid process will launch 8. Select upload. The local repository content c:\repository will be uploaded to the repository url ftp://44.66.44.6/repository For updating the remote repository, just redo steps 2,7,8 Note that only new or updated files will be uploaded when you update the repository.
  9. Just set exThreads to max and enableHT. BIS said it gives noticeable improvements in performances but there is no benchmark out there.
  10. Enable HT will makes ArmA 3 use every threaded core of the cpu. i.e if you have a i7, ArmA 3 will use 8 core instead of 4. For the theme, nope you can't right now, but I could try to add this possibility of customization. 11. ArmA3Sync v1.3 Update 1 Download Check from update from the help menu. Or use Windows installer: ftp://www.sonsofexiled.fr/ArmA3/ArmA3Sync/releases/arma3sync-installer-1-3-50.exe Changelog - Added: Exact match option into repository synchronisation panel: use this option if you want to compare strictly with the repository content. - Added: -enableHT and -checkSignatures as launch options. - Added: Launch game/server with auto-restart (see launch options panel). - Fixed: Repository FTP upload failded with corrupted files tree structure if repository folder does not already exists on the remote FTP server.
  12. It is not possible to build the repository remotely that way. As you don't have access to the host machine from a remote terminal/remote desktop, you have to do the following: 1. Select a folder on your hard drive let say c:\repository and put addon folders into it 2. Build the repository with main folder location c:\repository 3. Upload the repository to the remote location using the upload command. Be careful: Let say your repository has been created with url ftp://blabla.fr/A/B/repository, the remote folder /A/B/repository must exists on the ftp before starting upload.
  13. There is no issue at all on Linux machines (tested Ubuntu and Fedora) regarding the hidden .a3s folder for reading/uploading. Simply because the visibility only conserns users. Any program ruinning on the machine like ArmA3Sync can access a hidden file. Same thing on Windows. No idea about MacShit.
  14. In fact the "Personal Edition" tools is a downgraded version of what can be found from VBS => https://manuals.bisimulations.com/vbs3/3-0/devref/#Introduction.htm%3FTocPath%3DVBS3%2520Developer%2520Reference|_____0 I am pretty sur ArmA 3 dev use this version of the tools not the PE you have. The most amazing is how they transform the VBS tools into PE to suck at such a level.
  15. Nope they usually don't. But be aware that if you hire a FTP/HTTP server you will have to build the addon repository on your machine and upload the shit to the server. Whereas if you hire a dedicated server to which you install the FTP/HTTP server, you will be able to download addon directly from the server and build the repository remotely.

Bohemia on the right way with Arma 3?

Maybe you think that players will spent hours downloading daily/weekly update for the ton of addon out there to be able to join a public server? For sure they won't ^^
  17. ArmA3Sync supports both FTP and HTTP files sharing. The best way is to hire a dedicated server to host both ArmA 3 server to play on and a FTP or a HTTP server for files sharing.
  18. It's Quality over Quantity bro ;)

LEA - Loadout Editor for ArmA 3

This is because the addon have config.cpp instead of config.bin. You have to convert from config.cpp-> config.bin with the BIS Tools v2.5 (current version from Steam completely sucks at the moment ) ---------- Post added at 08:51 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:48 AM ---------- Will have a look.

Have you tried in the Mission Editor with different unit (opfor, bluefor etc)?

LEA - Loadout Editor for ArmA 3

Very strange. Have you tried without any addon loaded and vanilla unifrom? ---------- Post added at 10:18 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:17 PM ---------- Try to use other extracting tools like Eliteness ^^
  22. So far as I know it is not possible as BIS doesn't provide informations on how to grap addon from Steam workshop for third party tool.
  23. Yeah that's possible for both Windows and native Linux. User could also set date/time for auto restart. I was thinking to add this in the Launch options Panel.
