    Got it! Thanks!

    ACE for OA 1.13

I have ACE and CBA installed for A2 and OA, by Sixupdater, and the "place charge" (or whatever is called) option doesn't appear anymore in the quickmenu. Even if I actually have the explosive in the inventory. So I cant use them! I looked into the ACE key settings and seems there's nothing about them. Anyone else experienced this? What can I do? Thx!

    [CAMP] SEAL Team 6 DEVGRU

The Halo Jump/Under their Skin mission is really giving me a hard time. I think it's objectives should be a little more balanced. I havent made any side mission untill now. Is this the reason for which I have to go and pesonally place the bugs on the Scuds? I mean, sneaking around in a fully operating enemy base with one hour of night time left, placing things and hacking laptops is way beyond reality and you simply don't have enough night time to set up an ambush for the foot or car patrols. I also have a search light pointed directly in front of the scud hangar entrance. The perfect scenario imo would have been having the headquarters, with the laptop to hack, some 400 meters from the base, with some guards to be taken down with silenced weapons. Then having to "quietly" ambush a patrol in order to safely reach the hill northwest of the airport and from there call in the airstrike pointing the scuds with the laser. Otherwise... I think it is a suicide! What do you say? Anyway I have loved the campaign untill now. Expecially the mission where you cooperate with the Delta team. There was a perfect pace assaulting the elicopter base with silenced weaps, then switching to more bad ass guns I had foresightedly placed in everybody's rucksack, giving the radio signal for the assault, doing the assault, and then going to rescue the Cia guy. Brillant!
  5. Done it. With pboview0.8. It all went very smoothly. Let's say that it is a more noble way of cheating, or a less legitimate way of editing, depending from wich side you look at it. At least by using this method instead of the debug console, you stick with what you get from the briefing and don't run around in every mission with infinite ammo or stuff like that. I will try to use it wisely. Anyway thanks everybody!
  6. I will try and let you know. Tank you
  7. Sorry for the dumb question, but I'm below zero regarding editing and scripting. Let's say I'm playing a user mission and I'm stuck in a situation where the only way to get out of it alive is firing a rocket launcher to take down a few APCs that are blocking your way. But I have none of them, nor even from the briefing weapon selection. What can I do? If the mission designer has erroneously omitted to insert it, in a situation that would have absolutely require one, how can I manually insert one in the game? Thank you v.m.!

    Team Shadow - Sniper Campaign

Thanks for all your efforts! I'm loving every bit of it. 1 - I think I understood what happens regarding the crouching/crawling sniper: when enemies in the area are detected he automatically goes in some kind of alert state that forces him to crouch when you switch to the spotter. If no enemies are present he remains crawled. I've worked it out in some fashion by making the sniper to equipe the spotting scope. That way he remains crawled and you can switch to the spotter to adjust his position or whatever you want to do, without the risk of the sniper standing or crouching, thus revealing your position. 2 - I can confirm that the wind doesn't affect the trajectory of the bullets at all, in any of the missions. Is there any possibility to sort this out sometime in the future? 3 - On "Mystery Man", the notes I've found on Thanks again and bring it on!

    [CAMP] SEAL Team 6 DEVGRU

I'm on the First Contact mission (ACE version) and I can't find the NVGs from the inventory in the briefing. I know the mission starts at 0800 in the morning but I wonder if they are not available in following missions too. Thank you!

    Team Shadow - Sniper Campaign

In Guardian Angel I have no weapons when I'm sent into the mission, even though I correctly pick them up during the briefing as I did in the other missions. But when I get on the ground I have nothing, my inventory is empty. I've tried three or four times and still gives me the same problem. I have version 0.92 of the campaign. What can I do? Anyway I have loved "Op. Owl" more than the others. Jeez, it is the spec. op. sniper paradise. I sneaked all around the island, in constant danger and fear of being spotted by the everywhere present patrols. Once I had to take down with the silenced pistol a machine gun soldier who had just spotted me. I hit the bastard before he was able to set off the alarms. After I hit the main target I had to make a very dramatic, very cinematic escape. It seemed the hell had erupted, and everybody was firing and firing everything possible at us while we ran for extraction. That was so good! Brillant!

    Team Shadow - Sniper Campaign

Anyone? also: Have you fixed this? Because I'm in Red Oct. and the sniper yells like a mad all the time! I've checked the radio menu but I only got the options for movement/fire/spotting. Also tried repeating to the spotter the order to go stealth, but still nothing. Thx!

    Seal Team Six (H. Wasdin)

I'm halfway through it, and I find it intriguing, for some aspects. What pissed me is the total lack of info about what really is the selection process to go from "normal" Seals to Six. All the book says is that these guys do a lot of training, without any particular hint about the covert life or about what the training consists of. In comparison "Immediate Action" by ex sas Andy McNab seems a daily diary. What do you think?

    Team Shadow - Sniper Campaign

Yeah, it works. It's just that getting used to ACE takes a little time... :-) Now I have almost every aspect under control. And the campaign is so f*****g brillant! Only thing that annoys me at this time is what I think might be a bug: I'm at Operation Owl and, after a while into the mission, when I'm prone and switch to the spotter, the sniper immediately goes crouch, thus raising the chances to get compromised. I tried disabling AI movement but it still happens. Anyone else experiencing this? Thank you!
