I appear to be having an issue with LEA and ACE, if I place items into a rucksack they are unable to be removed (pressing unpack causes them to vanish from the world). Is this an ACE issue or an issue caused by the latest version of ACE when used with LEA? -
Is this the update mentioned a few pages back by Xeno?

Just tried the same thing and got the same result, anyone know of a way to fix this? Its a shame I'd love to use this but the fact it breaks the stamina system is a big issue. -

It pretty much comes down to the fact that its a few of us who play regularly on a server together want to get together and play separately with usual content from that server+ some extra stuff. Found a nice work around though using local mods and the custom repo. Thanks for your speedy reply, and keep up the good work. SU has made playing ArmA so much easier. -

Hey Sickboy, this is a long shot but is there any way for a custom repo to reference another custom repo? For example, if the user downloads and installs preset A, they get all the mods in that preset (including the custom ones) plus a certain mod in another custom repo. I am trying to achieve a simple solution whereby a group of people can download two sets of custom mods from two separate repos and maintain them. -

I think I witnessed a bug the other day, not quite sure though. In the middle of a mission there was a huge explosion which caused one persons game to lag horribly, at that point ACRE seemed to disconnect from TS for them and they could not get it back working (even after restarting TS). Yet once that mission ended and the next one started ACRE worked fine for them. Anyone else ever experienced anything like this? -
How do you align the "new" mortars? Maybe I am just being dumb but I seem to be unable to adjust the azimuth, I can set the elevation just fine but that's it. Other than that, I'm loving the new mortars. I liked the arty system but the complexness just overwhelmed me. Is there any instructions (written for the game or not) available for them?

Would I be right to assume that these have the same class names as the previous version, so that I can just drop them over the top and existing missions will continue to work?

I was wondering, is there a list of the default radio frequencies? I have been (very slowly) building a list of them but I am wondering if one exists already. And secondly something I have been wondering for a while, if I have two relays (like 1,2 and 2,3) will they pass the communication along, so someone tuned to channel 3 will pick up what someone is saying on channel 1? -
Even when logged in its not possible to see them, I think he has set the wiki to private.

Right, on my server I have the same version as my PC. I don't get the options and I cant mount the skid. Any ideas? Edit: Turns out its because I was using MCC to spawn it. Works fine otherwise. -

I can't seem to get more than one person onto the skids. Am I doing something wrong? "Mount skid" seems to do nothing and people have to get onto the skids via the copilot seat which limits it to one person obviously. -

I don't think the server version matters at all. I use 3.0.1 on my server and it seems fine. Before that I was using an RC for many many months with ACRE and no issues. -

Great to finally see this update, it has a few features (Vehicle racks!) that I have wanted to use again for ages. Is it up on Six Updater? -
I have always wondered this as well. I assumed it was part of the medical system overhaul that never happened, no idea if this is right as though. I wonder if these items are usable in any way.

From what I can tell all the radios have the same frequencies, no matter what side they are given to. I believe UO solves this "problem" in some missions with a script that sets the radios on both sides to different frequencies at the start of the mission. I think its documented here. -

I have uploaded my fixed version, based on what Tholozor said. I had to do some more stuff (can't remember what) to get it to work, but it works fine in a hosted environment. Can't possibly tell you if it works properly in MP yet as I have not had time to test it. Here you go. (I wouldn't normally edit and re-upload someone else's release but Walker does appear to have disappeared) -
I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I struggled to find anything about it in the search. Is there any way to spawn targets via MCC? I mean the popup targets etc that are spawnable via the editor. If not, how hard would it be to add? Like is it something someone else can do to assist, because I have noticed a few things I want to spawn missing. Great addon by the way, has helped make many many missions a bit more dynamic, not to mention saved various evenings of ArmA with the people I play because things were forgotten when making the mission :rolleyes:

The timing of this thread is amazing, I have been thinking about this recently. Anyway, a question. If I upload a video that contains addons, do I have to get permission from the creator of said addon? Im aware that it seems to mention this in the first post but maybe its because I am tired I am not quite understanding it. For example if I was to record gameplay on a custom island would I need permision from the maker of the island as well?
