Wow, did they actually send you a reply? I have about a dozen videos set to monetized, one with over 200k views and I've sent in the same license for each one. I never got a single reply back. Apparently one was enabled again for monetization but then disabled the next day with the same request for proof.

I have the exact same problem. 1fps slide show. Sometimes I can record at a steady 25fps but then it just drops down to 1 later on in the game. Core 2 duo e8500 Fraps 3.2.2 Steam version of OA Win 7 64bit
