    Why when i play on multiplayer servers is my FPS capped to 30fps. I am really confused as i have searched lots of places for a fix. I have a 12mb internet connection connected via ethernet cable. Specs are Intel core 2 quad q9550 oc to 3.2Ghz BFG Tech 285 gtx Asus p5 n d mobe 4gig xms ddr2 ram Windows vista premium 64bit Whwn i play single player or editor my fps are in the high 50s to 70s....

    I have v sync forced off all the time, fraps reads 30 but it does feel alot smoother. cheers guys for the input
