Hello, I'm trying to make camera.sqs switchable cuz I have units programmed and I lead them, so I'd like to capture and get back to command if possible, then, toggle camera.sqs as I please.. I dont mean capture sequence, I meant capture as in Fraps.. I created a unit. placed a radio echo activated trigger. condition: (!Alive squad) onact: this exec "camera.sqs"; repeatable now I preview. click radio/echo, nothing...:butbut: Help folks!!! -

Hello, I have this idea in mind Sapper init: removeAllWeapons C; C addWeapon "Put"; this addMagazine "PipeBomb"; this addMagazine "PipeBomb"; this addMagazine "PipeBomb"; C doFire A; Civic init: A assignAsDriver B1; A moveInDriver B1; SUV (B1) trigger cnd: this; A distance E<= 10; trigger On act: C action ["TouchOff",A] my problem is that I want him to go to E and drop the satchel not where he's standing and where I want (E= Explosive charge). I also want him to go away after he places the satchel and when I'm under 10 m from satchel he touchoff.. I dont know the trigger syntax, but I looked up the deluxe scripting guide, and I have got this from it: Name fire ["PipebombMuzzle", "PipebombMuzzle", Pipebomb] - Unit activates a satchel charge by this lay or kaboom? Name action ["TouchOff",Name] - Executes Satchel Charges hell I even tried: ["UseWeapon", <E>, <PipebombMuzzle", "PipebombMuzzle", Pipebomb>] He cant do any of this. Useless...:mad: -

Hello folks, I couldnt help but reproduce this SEAL mission. You know Capt. Rich Phillips was brought to light with this event. I also, placed 4 pirates and a civilian in a small boat pretty much like that one: Mission file 55.19kb 2 extra SEALS will drop by HALO script on the carrier. You should use a lift chopper to get you to the destroyer up ahead. Use the deck between landing pad and mast as landing pad is not solid, you'll sink if you try to insert lower deck. Also, you should use unitCapture and unitPlay function for the liftoff if you dont have friends to help you. stockOA MODS USED: BBMERCS mod media: TOk15a5BRFk Opinions are all welcome. -

actually they did, but you need to get your hands off the mouse... :mad: you put the vf on a piece of land an lift your hand off the mouse. this should start autolock on ground. only in OA , not vanilla arma:yay:

I'll be the good samaritan, so I'll post how and mods please sticky if you see fit.. 1) Create 2 Triggers, 2 Units composed of 1 playable as pilot vehicle and an infantryman, 1 Function Module 2) Name the driven unit machoppa 3) Triggers/ One of them is text: Capture Data CD / the second is text: Replay Data RD 4) CD gets activated thru Radio ALPHA 5) RD gets activated thru Radio BRAVO 6) CD ON ACT: 7) RD ON ACT: 8) drivable unit machoppa init: this action ["ENGINEON",this]; 9) In Documents/Arma 2/Missions/>*< >*< = your mission say RP.utes so in RP.utes folder create 2 SQF files, One SQF called init.SQF the other SQF called path.SQF init.SQF WILL process path.SQF data, which are your drive behaviour and vehicle firing behaviour. Next, paste this in an empty notepad--> and save in mission folder as init.SQF filetype: file in path.SQF paste this and keep (*) and (**)bold save path.SQF as filetype: file LEGEND: machoppa = drivable unit name, not infantry name **= paste data from F2 Key = firing data *= paste data from F1 Key = driving data both ** and * are obtained after the CD has finished the interval written in CD triggers ON ACT field now, preview mission, Open Radio from map and click " Capture Data" then switch to the chopper and start driving, every move you make will be exactly reproduced and any weapons discharged will also be mimicked by AI in replay. after the 60 seconds are over, press ESC and then press resume, though chopper will not be moving. press F1 and paste the data on clipboard in place of the * in path.SQF this will be a slow process so be patient, especially if you have a large interval. ALT+ESC back to game then press F2, then ALT+ESC back to path.SQF and paste firing data in place of ** also in path.SQF , SAVE AND ALT+ESC back to game. AND YOURE DONE!! repreview mission from infantry view. Open Radio and click Replay Data . You'll see your every move mimicked and your every shot fired same by AI pilot. Wonderful if not great feature I say... And I hope I helped ppl.. -

how do I use that people. You know I could run a clip for a Predator pilot and I spawn as gunner? this is how the camera will be stable. Its fixed alright but one wants perfection -
Hi, I wanna know if hostage animations exist, and is there like a reference to the animations? so far this guy shows some real good ones Aag0bREMjBE and what bothers me is that the towing tractor by US cant actually TOW anything... merely ornamental, and I could try the attachto but would look ridiculous... besides... I want a holdup animation but dont think one exists... and how one could attach voices and videos to objects in game. like if I want a projector screen to show a movie and a cinema etc... also, folks to sit on the chairs, etc... for voices I wanna use for a unit say commander who briefs you and could read the lines and speak them out also... like shaftoe, only I get text to speech by my voice, read? share your thoughts...

Hey folks, My second shot at the editor. Ahead of you a near empty chopper (editable) with a makeshift pad, you should fly upto 130 meters, engage auto hover and wait for the juice to go off, in less than 2 minutes probably.. happy crashing. this is also editable and you can use the refuel truck next to pad.. andthe hospital for the tight balling.. but to hike from crash point to truck I figured you wont if you keep the business inside the strip.. Once again: In Documents/Arma2/Missions Create a new folder and name it AVTOROTATION.utes Open a new text file, call it mission.SQM and save as FILE TYPE now inside that notepad, paste the following: comments are all appreciated cheers..
