I have some really strange fps drop with my hd7970 GE. If I watch a smoke, my fps drop to 2/5 fps... if I right click (to zoom), my fps drop from like 50 to 18. I'm using the latest driver (no betas).

We just try it on our server, first mission, we had 5 fps :) Second one, we died instantly, some enemies were 5 meters away from the start. You should not add so many AI's.

At least it's working in VBS2 (also using physX), you can load and unload trucks. It might be possible in A3.
