    Multiplayer on public severs?

    Hello, can anyone help me out? Having trouble joining public online games. 1) Is it possible just to join games which have already started? 2) Are online games open to join, without needing the password? 3) Do I need to be part of a clan, before joining online games? Any help would be greatful.
