Just today I downloaded Arma2 via Direct2Drive and installed it. It runs fine but I wanted to fully update the game to 1.05 so I downloaded the patch from the same site that I downloaded my game from and tried to patch the game. I am running Vista with the latest service pack. Also, I am not using steam at all for this game so I find the steam error codes a little funny. "Please be patient. Is there a solution to this issue yet? Any official statements made about a fix?
