  3. Podagorsk is a thing of beauty and brilliant for missions because it has lots of unique locations which set the scene for interesting missions. I hope Balkania is as good or better which Im sure it will be with Ice in command.

    I have decided to spend a little more time adjusting the kits for night missions. The fnfal with nv scope just makes it way too easy. A couple of other changes to kits and will pho the files. Also for coop, changing to a medic only revive. Medic died then no revives. Some may not like the revives but that's what medics r there for. I will allow revive but the recovery of the revived player will be only about 30-40%.

    Mission 8 finished, doing final checks then converting to SP and uploading in the next day or two. ;) Then on to Lingor and finally about 5 missions which I made on Takistan.

    Working on the 8th and last mission update now - which is getting a major overhaul and is fitting for a the last mission for a GR campaign. Should be ready by end of the weekend.

    Quick update - I have revisited 5 out of 8 missions and removed the FastRope addon and tweaked or changed objectives and enemy positiions. The missions will be much better for the changes and just as exciting. At present they are coop only updates - but once I have the 8 missions updated I will convert them to SP.

    Curious to know whether there have been improvements to AI behaviour in urban areas so the CQB improves? Love your work and commitment Robalo as always. Do you know if all of this will transfer across to Arma3?

    There was a nice building patrol script but still had issues with ai walking through walls or injuring themselves as they moved/fell through holes in the buildings. Generally speaking though the CQB in urban areas is fairly poor. The ai just don't seem to handle the towns very realistically nor the buildings.

    For me, I think this is one of the few remaining areas that bis need to work on. Decent cqb against the ai.
  14. I know I will be told to search but I have and could not quite find the suitable solution. I want to use the Afrenian units on a new campaign I'm doing on Lingor but want them to be enemy. I use UPSMON script and at the moment I would create Afrenian units add a senior opfor unit as the leader of group and set presence at zero. But I'm not sure this is the easiest/most logical way to do it. Any advice please. Thanx Lighty.

    No respawns or limited revives? ---------- Post added at 03:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:46 PM ---------- I put the Medic in there to give some reviveability which is supposed to be more realistic. I can reduce them - possibly I can set the number in the parameters if I haven't already. In fact in the parameters you should be able to turn off I'm sure.

    Ghost Recon - Island Thunder campaign

    An update for all the GR fans - I will be doing a GR pack with all of the missions I have created for both Podagorsk and Island Thunder - working out all the bugs and adding several missions that were never part of either of these campaigns. It will be Vanilla GR COOP and possible SP. No timeframe for release but I will look at all the threads and try to fix everything that is broke and maybe update a few missions slightly to make it fresh. I will remove the Fast Rope Addon from all missions bcoz there have been some issues and will instead revert to the chopper landing. Will make a total of at least 20 missions and I have a couple more which I've been working on recently so could go higher. After this update then we wait for Arma3. Regards Lighty.

  19. I am going to do the original campaign GR missions one by one and test them as I go eventually rebuilding most of at least a lot of good GR missions and some new ones too. Starting with remake of Farm Night.     @louderthanu With all due respect (as hard as it is for me to say it), the fact that ppl are providing constructive criticism does not mean ppl are bitching, in fact, I have not seen a single person bitching in this thread. Second thing, who are you to tell ppl to hand over money to show their appreciation? People who mod do it for the love not because there is coin involved - I have been modding now for over 8 years on various games and I never asked for nor expected a dime. Ppl show their respect in different ways, imho, throwing coin is the easy option. I prefer to show my respect and appreciation by spending a few months building a campaign or two on Icebreakr's map - how much is that worth? In future, think before you type. Sorry but that comment really rubbed me the wrong way. Back on topic.
